How to Reset Your Geegpay Password
If you've forgotten your Geegpay password or simply want to change it, follow these easy steps to reset it:
1. Go to the Geegpay Login Page
- Click here https://me.geegpay.africa/ to navigate to the Geegpay login page.
2. Click on “Forgot Password”
- Under the login fields, you'll see a link labelled “Forgot Password”. Click on it to proceed.
3. Enter your Verified Email Address
- You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Geegpay account. Ensure it’s the same email you used to sign up.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
4. Check your Email for the Reset Link
- A reset password link containing a code will be sent to your verified Geegpay email. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
5. Insert the Code and Set a New Password
- Click on the link in the email or copy the code provided.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the code.
- After entering the code, input your new password and confirm it (Make sure your new password is strong and something you’ll remember).
6. Complete the Process
- Click Reset Password” to complete the process.
- You should now be able to log in with your new password.
Changing Your Password for Security Reasons
You can also change your password through the Geegpay app by following these steps:
Log in to the App with your current credentials.
Tap the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the app
In the profile menu, select the “Security” option.
Update your Password
Under the password section, input your old password and then enter the new password you want to change it to.
Tap ‘Change Your Password’ to confirm.
