1. What is Raenest Perks?

Raenest Perks is an exclusive program that gives users access to discounts, curated offers, and essential tools from top brands across health, lifestyle, education, work, and business.


2. How do I qualify for Raenest Perks?

Just have an active Geegpay or Raenest account to qualify for the perks.


3. Is Raenest Perks free?

Yes, all perks are available for free to all users. However, some partner services may require payment to use their core offering. Your Raenest Perk simply gives you a discount or added benefit.


4. How do I access the perks?

Log in to your Geegpay or Raenest account via the web and go to the Perks tab. Click on the partner link or discount code of any perk to access it.


5. Where can I find the Perks tab?

The Perks tab is visible after logging into your account via the web. You’ll find it on the dashboard.


6. Do I need to copy any discount codes?

Some perks require discount codes while others auto-apply once you click through the link. Each partner perk will include what you need to redeem it.


7. Can I access perks directly from a partner’s website?

No. Perks are only valid when accessed through the Raenest or Geegpay platform via web. Trying to redeem them directly may result in the offer not being honoured.


8. Can I redeem more than one perk?

Yes, you can redeem as many perks as you like, there’s no limit, as long as you meet the partner’s eligibility or redemption criteria.


9. How often are new perks added?

We’re constantly expanding our list of partners and adding new perks. Check the Perks tab regularly for updates.


10. I tried a perk and something went wrong. What should I do?

If you encounter an issue with a partner service (e.g., delivery, service quality, or billing), please contact the partner’s customer support directly. Raenest is not responsible for third-party service delivery.


11. What happens if a perk is removed?

We may update, pause, or remove certain perks depending on partner availability or performance. We’ll try to notify users when changes happen, but we recommend redeeming perks early once you find one you like.


12. Can I refer friends to access perks?

Yes, once your friends sign up and verify their Geegpay accounts, they’ll also have access to all available perks. Remember we have a referral program for earning rewards. (Check the Referral page for details.)


13. Do perks expire?

Some perks may have time limits or seasonal availability. We’ll update you on each perk listing that has any specific expiry or redemption timelines.


14. Can businesses benefit from these perks too?

Yes. Some perks (like Clafiya, Fez Delivery, Skoolified, Holvox, Groverse, and OneNet) offer business-friendly options. If you run a business using Raenest, you’re eligible to claim these perks.


15. Where can I view all available perks?

Log into your Geegpay or Raenest account via the web and navigate to the Perks section to see the full list.
