What Is a Fiverr Certificate of Earnings and Why Do We Ask for It?

Updated yesterday

When signing up on Raenest as a freelancer, we ask you to share proof of your earnings to confirm that you have a legitimate source of income. If you’ve selected freelancer as your employment type and Fiverr as your earnings platform, you’ll need to upload your Fiverr Statement of Earnings.

Why do we need this?

Freelancers often work with multiple clients and do not receive traditional pay stubs like salaried employees. To verify your income during onboarding, we use your Fiverr Statement of Earnings. This document shows your earnings over time and helps us:

  • Confirm your income as a freelancer

  • Verify your employment status on Fiverr

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

We only use this information for verification and do not share it with anyone.

What does the Fiverr Statement of Earnings include?

  • A summary of your earnings over the selected time frame (up to 12 months)

  • Records of your completed transactions linked to your Fiverr account

How to get your Fiverr Statement of Earnings

To download your statement:

  1. Log in to your Fiverr account.

  2. Go to your Activities table.

  3. Click the ellipses icon (...) in the top-right corner, next to the Email activity report button.

  4. Select the time frame you’d like to view (ensure your billing information is correct).

  5. Click Download statement.

The report will be generated as a PDF file. Once downloaded, upload it on Raenest under Earnings Information to move forward in your onboarding.
